Maine Open Farm Day is an annual event held on the fourth Sunday in July, offering the public an opportunity to visit farms across the state and learn more about Maine agriculture.
This year marks Maine's 37th Open Farm Day. Participating farms may offer guided tours, demonstrations, opportunities to meet farmers, and a chance to learn about local food production, livestock, crops, and agricultural practices. Activities vary by farm, so visitors are encouraged to check with individual locations for details.
