Maine Association of Conservation Districts (MACD) will be attending the Eastern Maine Sportsmen’s Show with an informational booth focused on invasive species. Visitors are encouraged to stop by to learn more about how to help prevent the spread of invasives and protect Maine’s natural resources.

Topics will include simple prevention practices such as not moving firewood and “burn it where you buy it.” Educational materials and resources will be available, along with opportunities to speak with staff about local conservation efforts.

KCSWCD will be representing MACD at the booth on Saturday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm.
