Southern Fall Field Day – Sebago Lake State Park, Casco

Join us for a hands-on environmental learning experience at Sebago Lake State Park. This Fall Field Day is open to all interested schools and groups, including students in grades 9 through 12 (ages 14–19). No prior Envirothon experience or competition participation is required.

Schedule of Events

  • 8:45 am to 9:00 am: Registration

  • 9:00 am to 9:10 am: Welcome & Introductions

  • 9:15 am to 10:00 am: Session 1

  • 10:05 am to 10:50 am: Session 2

  • 10:55 am to 11:40 am: Session 3

  • 11:45 am to 12:30 pm: Session 4

  • 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm: Lunch / Wrap-Up

Session Breakdown (Envirothon Training)
Students will rotate through four hands-on stations:

  • Forestry

  • Soils / Land Use

  • Aquatic Ecology

  • Wildlife

Each session provides practical skills and knowledge related to environmental science topics featured in the Envirothon competition.

Cost
$5 per participant, payable in advance by check (send to the address below) or on the day of the event. This fee includes Subway catering for lunch.
